A Dallas deputy who accompanied two county health care officials into the apartment that Thomas Eric Duncan was staying in is under quarantine at Texas Health Presbyterian hospital it will take 48 hours to determine if he has the Ebola virus. Protective gear was not worn by any of the officials as they served the quarantine order to the family of the first man to die from Ebola in the U.S.
