The key to stopping the degeneration and to turning back the clock is to eat power house foods and exercise.
I'm weighing in at 134.6 with a BMI of 20.5 which is pretty good for a 41 year old woman. A normal Body Mass Index ranges between 18.5 and 24.99 you don't wanna sink below 18.5 because then your underweight and what really is the point of that it's just stupid, I've spent a long time working in restaurants and twice I've seen what a bulimic can do to a bathroom and that's not fair to anyone. If you do have an eating disorder EAT it's okay. Do not try to live up to the unattainable coo coo scale in your head. Health is our goal not vanity. We all want the quality of our lives to be the best that it can be for as long as it can.

A BMI of 25 or over is overweight and we really don't want that because that means that you are standing on the precipice of fatness and who wants that? So make a choice and let the force be with you.
Having a BMI of 30 or more means that you are looking a bit like Peter Griffin from Family Guy. So get rid of the bingo wag, melt some fat and turn the rest into muscle by hitting the gym or by using one of the plethora of Aps out there that make you use your own body weight as resistance. FYI fitstar is awesome I use it all the time.
I'm not interested in weight loss so I'm not going to focus on cardio exercises very much. I dislike running and/or walking indoors and I am not a fan of the cold. My main goal during the winter months is going to be to build muscle without bulking up and to do that I'm going to focus on strength training and also flexibility. Which means that I will be focusing on high repetitions using light weights. And by using the resources that I already have on hand I'm going to avoid disappointing myself by never going to the gym whilst still paying monthly for it. The buildings workout room is going to be good enough for me. And on rest days I plan to use my smartphone and use one of those Aps that I talked about earlier to work on flexibility. I hope that you will do the same. I did get a little Cardio workout today I walked a half mile to the DC Metro got off and walked a mile to Grandma's house stopped off at Starbucks picked up a grande latte for me and a grande mocha for Grandma.
